Introduction
|
We've been brewing 'Japanese SAKE' from 1665(EDO-KANBUN era) in
Ueda-city, Nagano.
'KIREI' is named after a tortoise, the simbol of long life.
We use fresh water orginally from Sugadaira. A bitter, sharpely taste is our
proud.
We can introduce our small sake cellar if you drop
in. Our old-fashoned hand-made muddiness Nigori-sake, 'Shinshu-Komachi'
is finely particle and well recieved .
We mainly use the Miyama-nishiki rice, the Alps yeast and our three handred
original yeast so we can keep high qualty for a long time.
'Junmai-DaiGinjo' has sweet fragrant and mild tast
so it is very suited for a gift.
