Ueda Stripe (100% silk)

The silk that took Japan by storm during the Edo Period (1603-1868) and became a legend has now been re-created.
A spinning method was devised to make a fabric as close as possible to the raw silk of the Edo Period by breeding a special cocoon.
By all means please try this light, hand-made, flexible and comfortable silk cloth.

Ueda Tsumugi (100% silk)

Particular to the Ueda area, this is the Tsumugi cloth which has been woven since the Edo Period.
This stylish kimono fabric has a modern touch.

Simplistic tightly woven sashes which fasten firmly.
